Exhibitor Information
We are thrilled to have you as an exhibitor at the Mid-Michigan Souvenir & Gift Show! Your participation is key to making this event a success, and we want to ensure you have all the information you need for a seamless and productive experience.
Show Location: American 1 Event Center 128 W. Ganson St., Jackson MI 49201 on January 26, 27 & 28, 2025
Show Hours: Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday 9am-5pm & Tuesday 9am-3pm
Exhibitor Schedule:
Set Up: Friday, January 24th from 9am-5pm & Saturday, January 25th 9am-8pm
Tear Down: Exhibits must remain intact until the closing of the show (3:00 pm). Early tear down will result in expulsion from future shows. Booth set-up and soliciting of trade must be confined within your own exhibit booth. Any damage to vendor or convention center property is the financial responsibility of the Exhibitor causing the damage.
Exhibitors will display only merchandise regularly sold by them. NO SPACE MAY BE SHARED OR SUBLET without permission. Failure to list and pay fees for any and all lines displayed shall be deemed cause for cancellation. All sales gimmicks, promotions and giveaways must be approved by the Management.
Booth Information:
Booth spaces are 10'x10'
Each 10’ booth space includes
1 8' table unskirted (can be skirted at no charge)
2 chairs
8’ drape across the back & 3’ on the sides unless you have already noted something different with us

Onsite parking
Electrical: please note that all of us will be sharing electricity. Please come prepared with a long heavy duty extension cord. You can view the booth map on the website to see where the electric is located. Location of the electrical outlets are noted in red on the map.
Listing Your Brands: when you registered you were asked to list all of your brands. That's the bare minimum. There are some additional things you can supply, as well. Website links are a big one--if you don't supply an address for a brand, it won't be clickable on the website. Website links are optional, but a few minutes spent filling those out will really help retailers get the most out of the work they put in. Please log onto the website to double check that all of your brands and information is listed correctly. We are using this information for the directory.
Buyer Registration: We have had a very strong response to early buyer registration. If you haven’t already, please contact your mailing list to invite your buyers to pre-register. All buyers who pre-register by March 1st will be entered into a drawing to win a $100 cash prize.
Events Happening During the Show:
We will be having complimentary coffee and donuts each morning from 8:30am-10am.
Lunch will be available for purchase through a local concessionaire, The Crazy Cowboy.
Sunday and Monday evening, we will be hosting a meet and greet social hour from 4pm-5:30pm.
